Yoga for Public Speaking

Yoga for Public Speaking (Y4PS) will introduce you to a set of breath, movement, and mindfulness/meditation techniques anchored in the yoga tradition. Differentiated from a general yoga practice, Y4PS techniques have been chosen to address the specific needs of public speakers. These easy, practical skills can help you build confidence, find calm, and reduce fear, both at the moment you take the stage, and in the weeks and days before, as you prepare your presentation and yourself for your best possible delivery.
